Welcome to another year of interesting and exciting Rotary Logs! Your
participation is welcomed and appreciated. We are taking
the liberty of assigning dates to all of you. If you have
a conflict, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.

the attendance committee.

Bulletin Committee
Function:
The Committee, through the weekly publication of the bulletin, “THE
LOG,” using interesting and humorous copy, including the
upcoming programs, endeavors to simulate interest and improve attendance
at the regular meetings and special events. “THE LOG” also
promotes the total education and information source for Hyannis
Rotarians by reports of the board meetings, the important committee
meetings, from the “ROTARIAN” MAGAZINE, and of worldwide
Rotary programs and activities. In addition, “THE LOG” serves
as a vehicle of information for the archives.
Responsibilities and Duties:

To increase attendance record of the club by 5% per quarter
through upgrading the motivational information in the bulletin
-
To bring information of the board of directors meetings and
meetings of special committees assisting the “Good Works
Fund” distribute funds on an affirmative, proactive basis.

The various “LOG” editors will work with the Chairs
to make the bulletin information and editing crisp, informative,
humorous, and exciting.

To feature a special story on new members and who and how
the sponsor brought the new member to the Club.
Budget: The committee does not have a budget, however, an amount is allocated
annually to publish the Log. |
